The Greatest Christmas Celebration Of All!!
I have enjoyed some incredible Christmas celebrations!
Having been a missionary in Europe for almost 22 years & working among diverse cultures, can I just say I have seen stuff!!
Just this year we have shared in Swedish, Swedish International, Belgian International & Filipino International celebrations! The songs, the special foods & several other significant expressions made each event truly ‘one of a kind’!
However, the greatest celebration of all is in knowing that ‘HE IS HERE SO EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE’ !
Every other celebration pales in light of this dynamic truth!
There should be great joy in our hearts in knowing that Christ has come & we do celebrate His birth! However, we can have boundless hope for our lives, our families, our friends & our future because we know that, ‘HE IS HERE SO EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE’ !
From the angelic proclamation in Luke 2:10-15 we know that because He is here;
- The grip of fear has been broken
- The Savior has been born
- A way of peace has been opened
- Favor has been released
- A promise has been fulfilled
Do enjoy your Christmas celebrations, make lots of memories but remember the greatest celebration of all is in knowing that, ‘HE IS HERE SO EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE’ !
