He Is God Of The Day … And He Is God Of The Night!
The swing of events & emotions that we have experienced in the last 7 days is enormous!
We have proven for sure that, 'He Is God Of The day … And He Is God Of The Night'!
On Monday of last week my heart was singing with joy! I saw my little grandsons Caleb & Luke for the first time on Sunday & then on Monday I was holding them!
It was as I said in last week's blog, 'Joy Unspeakable'!
This Monday Luke was unexpectedly taken for emergency exploratory surgery to try to determine the source of a rapidly developing intestinal issue. On Monday they removed 45cm of his damaged intestines & then on Wednesday they did another surgery to confirm that all the diseased tissue had been removed & to do a ileostomy (like a colostomy). Luke was left more fragile than he had ever been.
From the sunny mountain top to the darkness of the valley – quite a demanding journey to take – especially in a week!
The truth is that every journey we take with God provides us with the opportunity to learn faith lessons that will empower us to grow stronger in Him & closer to Him!
The great lesson we learned in the last 7 days is this …
'He Is God Of The Day … And He Is God Of The Night'!
How comforting to know that He is with us in all things & for us at all times!
No matter what life requires of us …
'He Is God Of The Day … And He Is God Of The Night'!
He can put a song in our heart in times of joy & sing a song of over us in times of great pain!
In the past week I have been singing & I have felt Him singing over me!
Either way … it is good because of Him!
