Terry & Ruthanne Hoggard presently serve as European International Church Development Coordinators & as the relational leaders for the Fellowship of European International Church network. Prior to this they served for almost ten years as the senior pastors of Brussels Christian Center, preceded by nearly ten years as missionaries to Rome, Italy where they were the founding pastors of International Christian Fellowship.
