Collective Calling

I’ve had the opportunity this week to spend some time talking with friends across Europe about our collective calling and how we can better work together to reach “today’s Europe” as we establish faith based communities.

It’s obvious we are all deeply engaged with life and ministry that we touch every week but we cannot forget our collective calling as a relational network to live out our missiology of reaching every person who lives in Europe today – both the international and the European.

There seems to be a tendency for churches today to specialize in reaching a specific demographic whether that be young, old, refugees or expats. That’s great but we cannot forget our collective calling to reach all of Europe!
The truth is it takes work! It takes work to be inclusive in our processes and missiology!

We pray for you and your team this weekend but we also pray for the Lord to lead us as we work together to impact today’s Europe!

David declared in Psalm 71:17-18 – “O God, you have taught me from my earliest childhood, and I constantly tell others about the wonderful things you do. Now that I am old and gray, do not abandon me, O God. Let me proclaim your power to this new generation, your mighty miracles to all who come after me.”
