Don’t Stop Believing!
It doesn’t matter if we’re talking about tragic world events, refugees entering into the continent or the secular European trying to make sense of life, everyone needs hope that tomorrow will be better than today. It’s a fundamental need for every human that somehow tomorrow must be better.
We talk with refugees every day that know there is nothing to go back to so they keep walking toward tomorrow with hope that something will be different. It must be.
The writer of Lamentations 3:21-23 reminds us: “Yet I still dare to hope when I remember this: The unfailing love of the Lord never ends! Great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each day.”
We can’t promise people that there will be no more terrorist attacks; or that their pain will go away or that their residency will be approved soon… but we can give them hope!
Hope that God loves them, that we will walk with them and that tomorrow will be better. Your future can be better than your past.
For great is His faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each day. Sometimes that’s all we have but truthfully, it’s all we need!
We’re here for you and praying for hope to flow through you to those God has placed around you who need it most.
