Nine Baptized in Casablanca, Morocco
FEIC member church Casablanca International Protestant Church (CIPC) baptized nine new believers during a recent baptism and communion service.
“This was our first baptism service since COVID so it was extra special,” said Pastor Chris Martin. “We baptized new believers from the Philippines, Ivory Coast, China and Nigeria.”
The nine candidates each shared their testimony before being baptized.
“One man had been sprinkled as a baby and didn’t know that he should get baptized after he believed,” said Chris. “And one of the girls hadn’t come prepared but once she heard the preaching – ‘ better to go home wet than to miss this opportunity’ – she knew she should get baptized.”
CIPC has sister churches in Tangiers and Marrekech. All three are FEIC member churches.
