We love international church ministry!

I had lunch today with interim pastor Jack and Donna Richards who is filling in for Pastor Sheldon at Bratislava International Fellowship. We had a great conversation talking about the unique identity of internationals God has called us to reach across Europe.

Internationals are some of the most inspirational people in the world and equally deserve leaders who inspire them.

God has called us to be leaders who create resonance to move people with a compelling vision and shared mission.

We want to live what we ask of those who follow us and be able to articulate a shared mission that inspires them to go where we know God is leading us together.

Inspirational leaders offer a purpose beyond the day-to-day tasks that makes ministry attractive and exciting. We connect emotionally and inspire our team to work together.

We’ve intentionally designed the FEIC Relational Retreat to be inspirational. We’ve created an affordable opportunity by subsidizing the cost and creating a lot of white space in the schedule.
