We’re just 9 weeks away from our FEIC SUMMIT!
Please take a moment to REGISTER and read over all the SUMMIT information below that you’ll need to know.
ARRIVALS – A shuttle will run on Monday, October 17th from Vienna (VIE) Airport to Hotel Bratislava between the hours of 9am and 5pm. The shuttle will run approximately every 2 hours. The cost is 15 euros per person.
DEPARTURES – A shuttle will run on Thursday, October 20th from Hotel Bratislava to the Vienna (VIE) Airport between the hours of 7am and 2pm. The shuttle will run approximately every 90 minutes. The cost is 15 euros per person.
When booking your tickets please keep in mind the operating times of the shuttle. If your arrival/departure falls outside of these times, we suggest that you use the car rental service from the airport. More information can be found HERE.
The travel time between the Airport and Hotel Bratislava is approximately 45 minutes depending on traffic.

2016 FEIC Summit Fees
Registration – 20 euros/person – 30 euros/couple
Transport to/from airport – 15 euros/person each way (30 Euros total round trip)
Room, 8 full meals, coffee breaks and wireless internet included
Double Room – 65 euros person/day (Total Cost for Summit – 195 EUR/person)
Single Room – 75 euros person/day (Total Cost for Summit – 225 EUR/person)
Family Room – please contact us for more information if you would like to bring your children
Business Room – a limited number of business rooms are available for an additional 10 EUR/night for single rooms and an additional 5 EUR/person/night for double occupancy. These rooms offer upgrades including new decor, and a small balcony. If you would like to upgrade to a business room please indicate so when you register.
